Search this database by specifying any of the following variables:

• Individual four-digit SIC (Standard Industry Classification) code
• An industry (a range of SIC codes)
• A range of marketability discounts
• Financial data (including total revenues, pretax income, net income, total assets, book value, and market capitalization)
• Transaction details (including transaction date, registration rights, and trading volume ratio)
